Who I am
This site is run by Thorney Digital, a web studio based in Thorney, Peterborough. If you have any question about your data, email hello@thorney.digital.
What I collect, and why
If you fill in the contact form, I collect the details you give me — your name, email, and anything else you choose to share — for one reason only: to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work. The lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
Who sees it
Form submissions are delivered to me by Web3Forms, a form-handling service acting as a processor on my behalf, and arrive in my email inbox. I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone who isn't directly helping me reply to you.
Analytics
If this site uses analytics, it's a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that counts visits without identifying you or tracking you across other sites. That's why there's no annoying cookie banner.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails only as long as I need them, and delete them when they're no longer relevant. If we work together, I keep what's needed for our records and tax obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email me and I'll sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how I've handled your data.
